Description
Baxter Wilson is a contemporary painter based in Grayton Beach, Florida. A graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Fine Art, Baxter’s creative journey has been shaped by a lifetime surrounded by art. Raised in The Zoo Gallery, a beloved creative space founded by his parents in 1979, he was constantly influenced by the carefully curated work of the artists who filled his world from childhood to the present day.
Baxter’s work explores the power of the human mind and the quiet, universal battles we all face within ourselves. His paintings often serve as reflections of resilience, introspection, and the raw internal dialogue of self-discovery. Having been in recovery since 2017, his art is deeply personal, grounded in healing, transformation, and the pursuit of truth.
This original is 48" by 60" & features wood framing around the piece.
